Simply Natural Creamery, 1265 Carson Edwards Road, Ayden, will hold its first Ice Cream Festival from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, July 15. Admission is free.
The festival is a celebration of National Ice Cream Day. There will be three locations set up to serve the creamery's hand-dipped ice cream.
The family-friendly festival will include free bouncy houses, narrated wagon rides for $4, mini train rides for $2, and face painting for $1.
DJ John Moore will play beach music and oldies. There also will be a classic car "Cruise In"
Food trucks on site will include Y'all Eat Yet?, Kona Ice and Morris BBQ.
Participating craft and commercial vendors will sell produce, jewelry, clothing, books, toiletries, gifts, jams, cookies and cupcakes, and other items.
The Greene County Jersey cow farm and dairy is owned and operated by Neil Moye and David Moye and their families.
