Craft beer festival set for March 25

Experience downtown Greenville's reinvigorated Dickinson Avenue historic business district after dark with an outdoor craft beer festival from 7-10 p.m. Saturday, March 25. In addition to a selection of beers hand-crafted in eastern North Carolina, Dickinson Avenue After Dark will include arts, food trucks, street performers and "quirky" entertainment and the live music of Lipbone Redding and Jessy Esterline. Participating breweries include Greenville's Trollingwood Brewing Company and Uptown Brewing Company; Farmville's The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery; Kinston's Mother Earth Brewing; Tarboro's Tarboro Brewing Company; and Wilson's 217 Brew Works. The event will be held along Dickinson Avenue between Reade Circle and 10th Street. It's hosted by two nonprofit organizations, the Pitt County AIDS Service Organization (PiCASO) and Uptown Greenville.
