Children of all ages will be able to touch trucks of all sorts April 1 in the parking lot of Greenville Mall 714 S.E, Greeville Blvd.
The seventh annual Touch a Truck family event, sponsored by the Junior Women's Association, will be held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. The vehicles will be set up in the mall parking lot of Arlington Boulevard between Belk and Yadkin Bank.
Local businesses will set up more than 40 vehicles and rigs of all sizes -- construction equipment, ambulances, big rigs, police cars and motorcycles, farm equipment, buses and fire trucks. Children of all ages will be allowed to see, touch and even climb the equipment.
Ticket-holders also will be able to meet the people who build, serve and protect Greenville.
The vehicles will be set up in the mall parking lot of Arlington Boulevard between Belk and Yadkin Bank.
There also will be inflatables, face painting, a raffle and food vendors.
Tickets are required for all adults and children over age 1. Admission to the event is $5 per person in advance and $7 per person at the gate. Click here to purchase tickets online.;

Proceeds benefit the Junior Women's Association, a nonprofit organization of women committed to promoting community volunteerism and developing the potential of women.
